Today is my birthday... where does the time go. I've accomplished so much in my life, especially raising four beautiful children. I love them all very much. They left the nest and went out into the world with all the principles that I taught them. They love the Lord as much as I do. Thank you Jesus for this beautiful life on this wonderous earth.
I have four children and five step-children... my husband and I blended a family. His children are so nice and I love them all. Life is so good; it just takes a lot of work and dedication to arrives where you want to be.
We have many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They are all so precious and have wonderful parents.
Always remember our Lord and Savior. Keep him in the mix of life and you can't go wrong. His love for us all will get us through all the hurdles that life has a way of dishing out.
So everyone that reads this have a blessed day, as I will.

OSAMA BIN LADEN
Sunday May 1, 2011 - A DAY TO REMEMBER
The news flashed over the social media with the speed of a rocket. "OSAMA BIN LADEN IS DEAD.
The news of his death brought out so many memories of September 11, 2001. The twin towers were bombed and many people died from the effects of the explosion. Sad were these memories, but justice prevailed against evil.
We have so much to be thankful for in our great country of the United States of America. Our military strives for peace amongst nations. There is a big price to pay for our freedom, with the dedication that our armed forces show us in their everyday battle with the opposition.
America's military in all branches are the true "Heros of our Freedom."
My prayers go out to them and their families.

REMEMBERING THE PAST AND STRIVING FOR A BETTER FUTURE
January 8, 2011 brought about an event in Tucson Arizona that didn't need to happen, but it did. A young man of 22 years old gunned down innocent people. Their lives were wiped out instantly, and the ones that survived are in the hospital. Some in critial condition.
Arizona U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was targeted and shot in the head. Anyone in the shooter's way was wounded, or killed. A little girl, Christina Greene, 9-years old, was one that took a bullet and was pronounced dead. What a loss! Christina had not lived her life and had so much going for her. WHY? We ask that question. Does life have to be so cruel.
Will never know because the shooter Jared Loughner, a troubled man, was determined to take out Gabrielle Giffords on that day. She survived, but is in the hospital with excellent Doctor's taking care of her.
LIFE IS HARD! My prayers will be for the families of the victims. I pray for their peace and healing of this terrible event that took place in Arizona.
A memorial was held at McKale Center at the University of Arizona January 12th. Our President spoke with many dignitaries taking the podium with kind words; reaching out to the victims and their families. An emotional event with human kindness coming from each speaker.
We need to go forward for a better America. Remembering the past and strive for a better future.
